Tell us what you need and a person will read it

There is no qualification sequence and no call to book before you get an answer. If what you need is not something we do, we will say so and try to point you somewhere better.

Response time

Usually within two working days, from a person rather than a sequence. You will get a confirmation with a reference immediately, which is automatic — the reply is not.

We are a small team in Europe, so an enquiry sent late on a Friday is generally answered on Monday.

If your enquiry is about one of the five services, the page for it has the same form with the right type already chosen — it makes no difference to how fast we reply.

What do you need?

Choose the type of service so we can ask the right questions.

A person reads every enquiry. You will get a confirmation with a reference straight away, and a reply from one of us after that. There is no automatic charge.

Three things that should not go through a form

A security report, a data request and an abuse report all need to reach a specific person quickly. These are real mailboxes, not aliases pointing at the same sales queue.

    In Audixa itself, or in something we built for you. Write here rather than using the form — it reaches us faster and it does not sit in a sales queue. We will not take legal action over good-faith research, and we will tell you what we did about it.

  • Your data

    privacy@audixa.es

    A copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. Include the email address on the account or the enquiry so we can find the right records without a round trip.

  • Traffic from our scanners

    abuse@audixa.es

    If you have seen a request from us against a domain you control and you did not expect it, tell us. Active checks only run against domains somebody has proved they control, so a report here is something we want to investigate.
