About plans and billing
What counts as a scan?
One run against one project. A re-scan after a fix counts, which is why the monthly allowances are generous relative to how often most people ship — we would rather you re-scanned than guessed whether your fix worked.
What happens when I reach my limit?
New scans are refused until the next period, and the product tells you before you start one rather than after. Nothing already scanned is taken away. You still see how many findings there are and how severe they are; titles and evidence stay on a paid plan.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It has no clock and no card. It is limited by what it lets you do — one project, one scan a month, repository checks only — not by how long you have had it.
Why do the free plan's checks stop at the repository?
Checks against a live domain cost us egress, rate-limiting capacity and a verification workflow, and they are the part of the product most attractive to abuse. Keeping them on paid plans is how the free plan stays free without becoming an open scanning service.
Do you charge for people, or for projects?
Projects and scans. Seats are included up to the number on each plan, because charging per seat encourages a team to share one login, which is the opposite of what we want from an audit log.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices are net. VAT is calculated at checkout by Stripe Tax from where your business is registered. EU business customers outside our country of establishment are handled by reverse charge.
Can I cancel?
At any time, from the billing area, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Your findings and history remain readable on the free plan's terms afterwards.
Where are website packages priced?
On the services page. Landing pages and small sites are a one-off fee; custom web or app work is quoted after we have seen the scope. They are not a subscription.
