The product
What Audixa is, and what it is not
Audixa reviews a connected repository, and a verified live domain when the plan allows it, for a defined set of security checks. It returns findings with evidence, a confidence level and remediation steps. It does not exploit anything, it does not certify anything, and it will never tell you that your application is secure.
A clean scan means the checks that ran found nothing they were looking for. It is not an audit, not a penetration test, and not an ISO, SOC 2 or PCI attestation. If you need one of those, you need a different firm.
You must only connect repositories and domains you are allowed to have scanned. A scan against a system you do not control is misuse of the service and grounds to close the account.
Accounts
Who may use it, and who is responsible
You need a working email address and you must be old enough to form a contract in your country. An organization is a workspace: the owner is responsible for who is in it and for the repositories it connects.
Keep your password to yourself. Sharing a login so two people can avoid a seat is how an audit log stops meaning anything, and it is a reason we would close the account. Invite a colleague instead; seats are included up to the number on the plan.
We can suspend an account that is being used to scan systems the owner does not control, to abuse our scanners as a proxy, or to attack the service itself. We will say so, and we will keep the findings readable for a short window so you can export them.
Money
Plans, VAT and professional services
The free plan has no clock and no card. Paid plans are published so you can see what they will cost; they are not open for purchase until billing ships. Nothing on this site will charge a card today.
When paid plans open, prices are per month, excluding VAT. Stripe Tax calculates VAT at checkout from where your business is registered. EU business customers outside our country of establishment are handled by reverse charge. You can cancel at any time; it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and your findings remain readable on the free plan’s terms afterwards.
Professional services — remediation, a static website, a custom build, maintenance — are quoted after we have read the enquiry. Sending the form is not an order and not a charge. Work starts when you have agreed a scope and a price in writing. Custom work is never sold through an automatic checkout.
Limits
Liability, and what happens if something goes wrong
A findings report is a set of automated checks and the evidence they matched. It is not a warranty that nothing else is wrong, and acting on it is your decision. We are not liable for a vulnerability a check did not see, for a fix that did not hold, or for a launch you made after reading a report.
If the service is down, we will say so on the status page and we will work to bring it back. We do not credit a portion of a free plan, because there is nothing to credit. Paid-plan credits, when those plans exist, will be described in the billing terms that ship with them.
Governing law and jurisdiction, once the company is incorporated. Inventing a jurisdiction before the company exists is how a clause nobody can stand behind gets copied into every invoice.
