Service
A business website with nothing on it that needs patching
Most small business sites run a content management system, a theme and a dozen plugins, which means a stack somebody has to keep updated for as long as the site exists. A static site has no admin login to brute-force, no database to inject into and no plugin that stops being maintained. It also loads in well under a second, because there is nothing to run.
A person reads it and replies, usually within two working days.
What it starts at
- Landing · this package€299
- Business site€490
Entry price for a single-page site with a contact form and deployment. A small multi-page site has its own package on the pricing page. Larger or custom work is quoted after we have seen the content.
Excluding VAT. Not final pricing — see the website packages side by side.
Who it suits
Three situations this is for
You need a credible site, not an application
Pages, images, a contact form, and search engines able to read all of it. If nobody has to log in to your website, it does not need the machinery that comes with logging in.
You are tired of update notices
A site that has been ignored for a year is a site with a known vulnerability in it. A static site that has been ignored for a year is the same site it was.
You want to edit the words yourself
Content lives in files you can edit in the browser through your repository, or in a hosted editor if you would rather. Either way, publishing is a commit and a rebuild, not a login to a server.
How it goes
The engagement, step by step
You send us the content, or what you have of it
Existing site, a document, or bullet points in an email. Content is almost always what delays a website, so it is worth knowing early how much of it exists.
We will tell you honestly if you need a copywriter more than a developer.
We quote against the page count and the content
Two starting packages sit on the pricing page: a single page, and a small multi-page site. Beyond those the number that moves the price is how many distinct page layouts there are — not how many pages, since twenty pages of the same shape is one layout.
We build it and you review it on a real URL
Not screenshots. A working preview link you can open on your own phone, send to a colleague and disagree with. Two rounds of changes are included.
It goes live on your domain and your hosting account
In your name, on your account, with the repository handed over. You can take it to another developer the day after launch without asking us for anything.
No lock-in and no monthly fee for hosting a static site, which is usually free.
What you end up with
- A responsive site built to your content, tested on a phone as well as a laptop
- A contact form that reaches your inbox, with spam handling that does not use a puzzle
- Deployment to a host of your choice, with HTTPS, security headers and a sensible cache policy set correctly
- Basic technical SEO: titles, descriptions, a sitemap, OpenGraph images and structured data where it is valid
- A short handover document on how to change the text and where the site is hosted
How it is priced
Boundaries
What this does not include
- No content management dashboard. If editing through files or a hosted editor is not acceptable, you want a CMS, and this is the wrong service.
- No logins, no user accounts, no shopping cart. Those need an application, which is custom web development.
- We do not write your copy, and we do not buy stock photography for you. We will tell you plainly when the content is the thing holding the site back.
- Ongoing changes after handover are a maintenance arrangement, not part of the build.
Questions
About landing and business sites
Who owns the site when it is finished?
You do — the code, the repository, the domain and the hosting account, all in your name. We are not the account holder for anything, which also means we cannot be the reason you lose access to it.
Can I move to a CMS later?
Yes, and the content is in plain files, which makes it a far easier move than the reverse. It is a rebuild of the front end rather than a migration of a database.
What does the contact form cost to run?
Nothing, at the volumes a business site sees. It posts to a small function on the same host, and every host we would recommend includes enough of those in its free tier.

Request a static website
You asked about the Landing package (from €299). That is a starting point — we confirm the scope in writing before any work starts.
Sending this does not commit you to anything and does not start any billing. You will get a confirmation with a reference straight away, and a reply from a person after that.
